I have merge replication setup with 7 publishers and 1 subscribers. Recently I have updated sp4 for all servers.
Past three days i am facing problem with one publishing server, the rest are working fine. Pls see the below error
The process could not enumerate changes at the 'Publisher'.
Past two days I reinitilized the snapshot and then run the merge replication. then it working fine. But the same time it is happening. When I run the snapshot it took near about 4 to 5 hrs to complete all job. Based on this replication in the subscriber server we running some reports.
I have attached the screen shots of the error. You can find that the error happening at the same time at 1.14 am for the past 3 days.
What could be the reason pls help and give the solution to solve this problem. It could very help ful for me.
Anticipating you soonest reply.

enable logging to determine exactly what the problem is. Many times this error is solved by rerunning the merge agent, or by setting querytimeout to a larger value.
Consult this kb article for more info on how to enable logging.

The agent does not have enough time to run. Set QueryTimeOut to a larger value.
