Memory Size.

    What is the minimum size of the memory required to support SQL 2000\2005?

    You can find the MS min, but the practical minimum will be higher, and it will depend on the load you through at the server. Memory is one thing that SQL Server really needs.

    If you are sharing the server with other applications, you'll want to set a maximum for SQL Server.
