Is this enough memory on this db? when do I need to added and how often do I need to monitor?

There is no real easy answer to this question. Enough is completely subjective when it comes to memory depending user needs, SLA's, etc...

However here is a great article discussing the analyzation of memory requirements. Hopefully with this you can figure out for yourself whether or not you have enough.
