Hi All,
I have SQL server 2000 with SP4 on a Windows 2003 server.
The problem is that everytime I close the Enterprise Manager on the server, it exits out, but then gives me the following error:
---------------------------
mmc.exe - Application Error
---------------------------
The instruction at "0x0339f9a1" referenced memory at "0x00ba1e90". The memory could not be "written".
Click on OK to terminate the program
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
Have any of you experienced the same issue?
Regards,
TK

hi
i have experienced a similar issue but i got the error while using import export wizard. I think i faced the same issue as yours but i cant remember correctly.
For the import export wizard error i updated my sql installation to the latest service pack.
For the enterprise manager closing issue i think i reinstalled client tools.

My server is a production server, and I don't think it is a good idea to keep reinstalling client tools on it.
Any ideas for fixing this while the server is in production?
