memory bottlenecks

    I am trying to test memory bottlenecks for that i have to create memory bottlenecks.

    Can anyone tell me to create them

    Set max sql server memory to a very low value and then run very large hash joins will hit one form of memory issue. But there are MANY different memory buckets and areas that can be considered as "memory bottlenecks".

    can you please deeply specify how can i can create

    1)External physical memory pressure

    2)External virtual memory pressure

    3)internal physical memory pressure

    4)internal virtual memory pressure

    while surfing on net i found many links how to detect them but none referred how to create them
