MDAC update MS04-003

    Anyone know of any reason not to apply this fix from Microsoft?  From what i can tell, it does not change the actual version of MDAC.  Any help or advice is appreciated.

    let us say that the version refer to technolgy progress (Little or big progress) ... but if yu change a small thing in tecnology (like MDAC) ... you don't need to change the Version ... and this update is critical because some hackers hack MDAC .. and so this update you must use it (specially if your DB is connected on the internet) ... anyway .. I think this update will be released in MDAC next SP
