Braindumps are cheating. They are actual questions from the actual exams posted in violation of the NDA on those exams. Using or requesting braindumps can result in your certifications being revoked.
Study for the exam as the rest of us did - from the books.

I suspect this was a spam post and the link was removed, but for anyone running across this from a search engine....
MCSE is a very old certification and more than half of the exams for it have been retired. The MCTS/MCITP are the new tracks of exams and are the ones people should probably be looking to take these days.

Books Online and exam guide books (yes, I buy them sometimes)

You can, but it's still considered cheating.
Dumps are not practice questions. They contain the actual questions that you will be asked in the exam. It's the same as stealing the exam papers off a university professor's desk and cramming based on those.

Yup. With the thousands of people who write the exams do you honestly think that they could generate new questions for each one?
They dont have different sets of questions.
They have a large pool of questions from which the new questions for each exam are taken. Hence if you write the exam, fail and then write it again, you may get completely new questions. Or you may have one or two the same.
There's a large pool, but get enough people copying the exam questions and uploading them, and it doesn't matter how big the pool is.
