Hi,
I am Pradeep. I plan to appear for the certification exams in a couple of months. Can anyone please tell whether I have to clear all 4 papers at one go ( in a single day ) or I can take one paper at a time according to my convinience.
Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Pradeep

I beleive the MCDBA will become obsolete early next year. They are being replaced with new exams from Microsoft. Here is a link for more information on the new layout.

You can take certification exams one at a time. This is probably a better method as it allows you to prepare for each test.

Hi Friends,
I am planning to give the exams in this month. I have opted for the following papers :
* Managing, and Maintaining a MS Windows 2003 Server 2003 Environment (Exam 70-290)
* Planning, and Maintaining at MS Windows 2003 Network Infrastructure (Exam 70-293)
* Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition (Exam 70-228)
* Designing and Implementing Databases with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition (Exam 70-229).
I hope that the above papers are the correct ones and passing them would lead to the MCDBA certification. Please confirm whether this is Ok.
I have obtained the relevant books from MS Press. I request you to kindly guide as to how to about this exams, as I am really eager to complete these papers.
Please reply early..
Thanks in advance,
Pradeep
