Way more than you should ever need.
Why do you ask / need to know?

It's on this page, with the rest of the limits for SQL Server:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143432.aspx
SQL 2005 has a limit of 2,100 parameters per stored procedure, per that page. (So does 2008.)
You pick the version of SQL Server you want data for from a drop-down at the top of the page.

It's almost certainly either a homework/test question, or an interview question, with a slight possibility of being a "hey, I wonder" type curiosity question.
Either way, every DBA or future DBA should have a bookmark to the page you and I referenced.

Definitely a nice to know.
I "own" a huge ERP app here and even if they seem to bend many rules of good designs they are still light years away from any of those limits.
Still somehow feel like it's just a nice trivia but not much real life usage (for me anyways).
