MATRIX HELP SSRS-2005

  •

    Hello,

    I´ve a problem with a report export.

My report is a matrix, but the staticts columns (rows Groups) not have header (a column name, p. ej "Cliente").  look the example

                           enero  febrero   marzo

    7170989 ramiro   3443   1321      1233

    2300147 Pepe     4568   1789      3258

I need that it appears of the following form

    cedula  nombre enero  febrero   marzo

    7170989 Ramiro 3443   1321      1233

    2300147 Pepe     4568   1789      3258

how can i do its...."Cedula" and "Nombre" appears like column header of the this 2 rows group?

I implement a solution with textbox, but it does not work when exporting.

  • Place a table in the empty cell above the cedula and nombre columns.  Set the width of the columns in the table the same as the width of the cells where you have the data.  You can then enter the column headers and format as you like.

  • thanks you very much for your answer… but the solution is not complete...only solved the visual problem.

when the report is exported to Pdf format, the columns headers

do not correspond to the rows groups; and when it is exported to excel format, the titles are ignored and show the message "Data Regions within table/matrix cells are ignored"
the Question is:::does not exist a property that controls this aspect in the matrix? ….a solution without grafts?.....I´m losing my illusions.....

  • Place a rectangle at the matrix eow group headr. add texboxes into the rectangle and then design it as you wish
