Management Studio - Maintenance Plan error

  • I am trying to do some modification in SQL Server Management studio - Maintenance plans, but I am getting following error msg:

    Value cannot be null.

    Parameter name: component (System.Design)

    Could anyone help me to overcome this error msg.

    This is not enough information to help you. What did you change? When are you getting this error?

  • The error is fixed.

    I ran the following in command prompt and it cleared the error in maintenance plans.

    "\Program Files (X86) \Microsoft SQL Server\100\DTS\Binn\regsvr32.exe DTS.dll".
