  We are attemping to better manage our SQL code. We want to associate which applications are using the SP and the tables etc that are involved. What tools are others managing to accomplish this.

  There isn't really a good tool. You can trap some info from Profiler, but really this is an admin function that you could use VSS/CVS, etc to do.
