I have a maintenance job that backs up the transaction log every 2 hrs. It verifies the backup after it is done. I have multiple databases on one maintenance plan. How do I find out which database it is failing on.
Also, I restored one of the transaction logs to another server to see if its working correctly and it works. I don't want to go through each one to see if any one them failed.
How do I check the details of the job to see where it actually failed?

Here are my cents.
When using database maintenance plan, you can find there is a check box for verification after backup. You can use it to check integrity.
You can add a log file for your log backup job, which will record detail information in running your job.
Verifying your job is not enough to make sure your restore will be successful. Your backup files might be damaged for one or another reason. Practice restores is the best practice.
