Hi,
I am running a maintenance plan(Optimization_system_dbs) consisting of 2 steps...1)rebuilding index 2) shrinking database
I am getting this message in my email whenver the job runs successfully. I dont want any messsages to be send to me while the job runs successfully. I checked the job properties and it is enabled to send mail only in case "if job fails'
Why Am i getting this message any clues??

Check the plan. You can send mail from within the plan.

ya i know that
maintenance plan has a notify operator task .
but the thing is dat I am getting messages if job is successful also.
In that I have enabled that upon failing only, it should send message.

Somewhere there must be a on successful message. I'm not sure where else this comes from. I'd think it's in the plan somewhere.
