Maintenance plan error in MSSQL2005

    Hi,

    I have Server 2003 Enterprise edition X64 and One Mssql 2005 X64 Instance with SP3.

    I have created Maintenance plans on it for backups, reindex, reorganize etc.

    .Net framework installed is 2.0 X64

    My MSSQL was on SP2 when I have created these plans. But all of them Failed with same error

    ‘Process is terminated due to StackOverflowException’.

    Then i installed SP3 also but no luck , same error.

    I have googled a lot but no solution for this found.

    Can any one tell me what error is this and how to overcome it?

    Hi,

    Can you post the detailed error log. You can have the error logged to a txt file by the maintenance plan wizard.
