  Hi Guys,

  I am probably searching for the wrong thing but I cannot find much in the means of how to delete old backup files off of a non-local drive (network share) using the Maintenance plan cleanup job? It appears as though only local drives can be used, is this correct and if so has anybody found anyway to accomplish this?

  As long as the account in question has access to the share there shouldn't be no problems.

  Should be fine if you use the UNC path of the target
