  Hello All, I see the Sql agent was terminated due to windows shutdown. 
  Now, the agent is enabled now, jobs are enabled as well and recurring. 
  Question: Do we have to manually kickoff the first time if the agent is restarted?

  The schedule will run automatically. make sure it's started state.
