  Does anyone know where the "Local Area Connection" property is stored? I'm guessing it is somewhere within msdb. Apparently this property is not the same as the server_name for whatever reason.

  I'm confused and need help because the plans are not running on the server that I'm connected to.

  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  Where do you see "Local Area Connection"? Isn't that in the control panel/networking?

  There is a "Local Server Connection" I see. That typically, I think, uses "(local)" as the connection, which I believe resolves to 127.0.0.1
