  Hi

  I am trying to do a mail merge in SSRS 2008.

  I have created a report for invite, which results in many pages, each page will have the particular field 'Name' to be with different value, its customer name.

  I would like to mail it using Data Driven Mail merge.

  i have set the data driven subscription to use the same datasource, same query with email id field to utilize for 'To' fields.

  Everything works fine. But if the report results in 100 pages, all the 100 pages are sent to each and every single mail id mentioned in the query.

  Now im doubting whether is it possible to mail only the particular page(Invite) to the corresponding mail id of that customer.

  Is that possible if so, kindly let me know what should be done in Data Driven subscription.

  Hi got the answer..

  Need to match the defined parameter to the data driven query value.
