I have a Client PC running Windows 7 64 Bit.
I'm local admin on the machine but I'm denied the permission to change the password, add myself to the sysadmin role etc...
The Image used for this PC has SQL Server Express Edition.
The password is not known by anyone.
Is it safe to use any of the Third Party Software to change SA SQL Server Password?

despite your request not to post here seems more apt to -
are you locked out as admins have no rights to SQL? Try starting SQL in single user mode, connecting via sqlcmd, adding yourself to sysadmin, then changing password.
