Hi,
Sql Server 2005 was installed on the server C drive. I have moved all the production databases and tempdb to the E drive (where there is lots of space), but I'm still getting Low Disc Space on Local Disk(C:). What else should I move, check on, do to free up space?
Thank-you,
Linda

Check for Pagefile, Recyclebin and all temp direcotries created when Installing any programs.

How many Gb is your C:?
Pagefile is a good call from Roy.
If the server is used just for SQL Server, then remove any unnecessary applications that may have been installed.
Also, as a side point, depending on how heavy your db is going to be used, its a good idea to seperate tempdb from your user database at a physical disk level.

Thanks for the suggestions. A datapump from a vendor had loaded a lot of temp files under my user id. We deleted those and are trying again.
