Looking for a SQL Server 2000 DBA heavy-hitter/expert with heavy DB optimization, backup, design and strategy to work in a real-time Java environment with JDBC. Simple recovery, full backup, and incremental backup experience in a multi-CPU, Win2000 Server environment with hand-on experience. The right individual must be pro-active and will contribute immediately to a near-term product release, including review of existing DB and environment (Win2000 Server), followed by optimizations.
