The best place to know about SQL Server 2005, its features etc are to get a book that discusses about the same. For example, the book "What new in SQL Server 2005 for Developers" by Bob Beauchemin is a very good start.
If you are looking for articles, you can refer to http://msdn.microsoft.com/sql/default.aspx which is the home page for the SQL Server Developer Center. You have links here to SQL Server 2005 etc. Another good source is the SQL Server Webcasts at: http://www.microsoft.com/events/series/msdnsqlserver2005.mspx

You can download the latest version, the June CTP, from http://www.microsoft.com/sql/2005/productinfo/ctp.mspx.
