Hi every one
i have problem related to logshipping , i am taking log backup every hour and restore it to another instance.
today a log backup file has been deleted accidentally and not restored to secondary server.
So my logshipping configuration is failing due to missing log backup.
Is there any way to backup that missing log backup again.

No.
If there's been no full backup of the primary since you can use a differential to bridge the gap (take diff backup on primary, restore with no recovery on secondary). Otherwise you'll have to reinit the log shipping secondary from a fresh full backup.
