Logshipping Error "Copy job is getting failed"

    Hi,

    When I ran the Xp_cmdshell 'dir \\Server1\infDB' in Server2, receiving the output i.e drive details;

    But, It's showing output as "Access is denied" ;

    when I ran Xp_cmdshell 'dir \\Server1\E$' in server 2 and Xp_cmdshell 'dir \\Server2\E$'

    in Server1.

    I have assigned full control permission for 'everyone','serviceaccount','sqlserver agent' on the folder in both servers but still facing the issue "Copy job is getting failed"

    ERROR:
