If your windows account was explicitly given rights to login in to SQL Server (not through the BUILTIN\Administrators group) and had sysadmin server role rights, a quick fix is to remove yourself from the local Administrators group of that system.
However, if your SQL Server is set up in mixed mode, you should be able to login as sa, provided you've got the correct password.
Were there any other privileged accounts that weren't in the local Administrators group for the system? If so, you might also try one of them.

I think Brian has the best suggestions.
Though I would leave the BuiltIn/Adminstrators in there. Nice to have a second way in, just in case.
