  One user is not able to login to server with windows authentication, even he is having sysadmin previleges.

  What is your policy about password expiration ?

  Maybe the password just expired.

  that login might be disabled in sql server . Check this.

  1. default database for this login

  2. logon triggers

  What does the logon error say exactly?
