Just want to know the procedure if you have a log shipping set up then the production server crashes (hardware problem the server unexpectedly shutdown then can not be turned on) what can we do to finished the transaction logs in the destination server?? I know you must comfigure the IP/connections to be directed to the secondary server but what about the transaction logs???

You will want to restore any logs on the secondary that haven't been restored. If you can't get the tails off the primary, then you are stuck and just need to go with the log data you have.
