Initialize with a full back
then create log back job with a copy job and a restore job ...
Now my question is ...
In case of a possible data corruption issue for example ...
If you want to create weekly full backups of your database ...
Do you backup the Primary or the secondary because with my understanding the full backup will disrupt the log shipping t log backups for log shipping ...

Full backups do not and never have truncated the transaction log. Hence full backups won't affect any chain of log backups including the one for log shipping.
Don't understand the corruption/backup connection. Corruption may require a restore, not a backup and if that's on the primary it will disrupt the log shipping.
