  I have a remote server that when you create the log ship plan it says that it cannot

  copy initialization file to secondary server.

  I have had log shipping running internally this is now at a remote location. I have merge replication running there but not log ship. I can copy files and access the shared directories fine. I think it is probably a rights issue but to what i dont know, I gave everyone rights to the directories.
