Log shipping for sharepoint databases in sql server 2005

    Hi,

    Does sharepoint databases support log shipping?

    any body implemented log shipping for share point databases. If yes please provide me the document/whitepaper.

    Log shipping itself will work. However, I am not sure Sharepoint will be able to use the database on the secondary server since SQL Server instance names are likely to be embedded in all sorts of places both in the database and probably in registry or sharepoint config file.
