Log shipping backup job fail

    Hi to All,

    If back up job is disabled, what exactly happens? and what is the solution ?

    can you be more clear on your question.

    if a job is disabled, it wont run and hence wont perform the task it was supposed to perform.

    If Log shipping backup job is disabled, log shipping will not happen. Also the transaction log on the primary database continues to grow and occupy more space.
