I should really say "Restore failure", but anyway...
Here's the Event Log chain...
The backup data in '\\OurServerName\T$\LOG_RESTORE\XXXXXXXXXX_tlog_201205141815.TRN' is incorrectly formatted.
Backups cannot be appended, but existing backup sets may still be usable.

That error usually means that that TRN file is corrupt.
