Hi,
I came in this morning to an issue with log shipping in SQL 2005.
A log restore job had been running for 3 hours and the database was not available. After some investigation I found that the .tuf file was missing. Everything I've managed to find online indicates that log shipping should be re-establised.
I've started to copy the full backup from one server to another in order to restore it, but is it just a case of starting up the log restore jobs again?

Yes, pretty much. Just copy the backup file to the secondary, restore it with norecovery and then get the copy job and the restore job back up and running. You might need to delete old log files (i.e. any log files that were taken before the full backup you've just taken) but I don't think that's necessary if my memory serves me.
