Yesterday, I ran a complete full backup for all databases on the server, no problems.
Today, I'm running log backups. 95% of them are failing with a 3013 error. The full backup for the file exists; I've got sufficient disk space; the backup is being performed to a local hard drive; there's no weirdness showing in either the SQL error logs or the system error logs.
I'm stumped. Any suggestions?

This may occur if there are any filemark errors on the backup device or if the folder has corrupted log backups.
Please check the following link.

Try to create a new folder for the Log backups and then rerun the backups.
Thank You,
Best Regards,

Yes. The only way to get rid of 3013 error is to delete the existing backup file or taking the backup in a new directory
