I have a scenario where log backup is getting failed in Secondary replica on AlwaysOn availability group due to below error:
"Log Backup for database on a secondary replica failed because a synchronization point could not be established on the primary database. Either locks could not be acquired on the primary database or the database is not operating as part of the availability replica. Check the database status in the SQL Server error log of the server instance that is hosting the current primary replica. If the primary database is participating in the availability group, retry the operation"
I have validated database is part of availability group and in healthy state. This is newly configured database and from beginning it's getting failed in secondary replica. As I compared in other instance as well and no issue found.
Please help me on this to fix the issue.
Note: After SQL Installation server is not yet rebooted . I am just suspecting this may be caused. Please correct me if am in right path.
Thanks in advance!
