  Does enabling "lock pages in memory"  in SQL Server 2016 is still recommended?

  It's been debated for since 64-bit instances. This blog post is one side of the debate and he does mention the arguments for both sides:

  That's the one I have bookmarked. I just searched on it and you can find quite a few other articles. On both sides of the debate. It may be like most other things - it depends.
