Loading xlsb file into a table.
I get this below error. I tried the following:
1) I changed package to run 64 bit : false.
2)I changed the delayvalidation property on excel source file to : true.
3) added fule permission to the folder.
It runs fine with excel source pointing to file directly , this error hapeenes only when i connect the excel source connection manager and set the fiulename to a variable -->

At a quick glance, you're trying to load an Excel Binary file (the xlsb) but the SSIS package is expecting an Access file (mdb,accdb, etc).
