Hey there just me again :-).
Does anyone on here have experience of running live reports (or as close to live as possible) using SSRS?
I have created many reports and am comfortable with SSRS, but now I am being asked about getting together some live reports that a support area can have on a screen and see how call ratios work client wise and how many calls they get in per day etc.
Can anyone give me a starting point? I have read up on Sharepoint am just a teeny bit confused about where to start really (I feel like I am fumbling around in the dark abit!).

I'm pretty sure you can't make it live, but you can have it automatically refresh every minute or so. On the report there's an AutoRefresh property.

The easiest way would be to use the AutoRefresh property in the report properties. You set it to a specified number of seconds between refreshes. One thing to take into consideration is if all of your data will display on the screen without having to scroll around.

Thanks both for this, I have had a read of the link.
I am looking at report layouts so that everything would be on one screen, or the team have multiple screens so am looking at that the possibility of that too.
