May I suggest a google/bing search. There's a list of new features for each version in the Books Online on MSDN.

This will get you started, it is a list of all versions with a link to the right for each flavor. As Gail mentioned, a good Google search is best.

Are there any particular feature sets or areas that you would like to compare in specific? Or are you looking for a complete list?
