Linked Server to Sybase

    Has anyone ever created a linked server to Sybase? If so, could I have some pointers?

    Just doing one myself Martin. What exactly is it that you're having trouble with?

    I have installed to Adaptive Server Anywhere Driver on our SQL Box, yet when I use it to link to the Sybase box I'm still getting a ODBC error. "No Driver Found". The installation of the driver did not require a reboot of the server yet I'm leaning toward it.

    I presume you've run the Sybase ODBC Administrator or the Sybase OLE DB Configuration Manager first? If so, can you run a successful test connection from within either of these wizards?
