  Can anyone tell me if it is possible to set up a Linked Server into a Sybase Server/Database?

  I believed it works. I had several link serves link to various Sybase DB on both NT and Unix. But, I do notice you may need installl Sybase ASE OLE DB provider on the SQL server. After that maske sure OLE DB provider working correctly. Then, ceate the link server to Sybase is a snap.
