Linked Server Stored Procedures

    Is it possible to update stored procedures on my normal server when I am looking at it via a linked server even though I can't see the stored procedure folder?

    No.

    And since you can see the stored procs through the linked server, that screams that there is a security flaw in your linked server setup. Somebody has probably created the linked server using the sa account as the passthrough account.
