Be careful with this- when we moved one of our SQL 2005 servers from 32 to 64 bit, we noticed that the Microsoft Oracle driver is not supported and you can't select it (it won't run in WoW either).
It was suggested by Microsoft that we should start using the Oracle driver for development instead. This was around 3 years ago, so I can't remember all the details...

If oracle driver is not supported, how do you create a linked server from a sql 64 bit versions.

You need to use the Oracle driver (rather than msdaora- Microsoft's OLEDB provider)

Hi Striker Baba
Download 64bit Oracle Provider for OLEDB from the following link.
http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/tech/windows/odpnet/64-bit/index.html
Check this link for the steps to create the Linked Server
