Licensing types

    Would like to know what type of license this is

    SQL Server Enterprise Core ALNG LicSAPk MVL 2Lic CoreLic  Qty:12
    SQL Server Standard Core ALNG LicSAPk MVL 2Lic CoreLic   Qty:2

    Is this per physical server core or per VM core?
    If this is per physical server core does it means that I could have more thanone sql vm installed on the same physical server?

    The Microsoft licensing documentation is reasonably clear about how cores are licensed, I suggest you read it carefully.
