Thank you for contacting Server Support. Plesk for Windows supports the MS SQL Database Server but there are conditions that must be followed for it to be integrated with Plesk.
1. The administrator of the server must contact Microsoft or another Vendor to purchase a license for the MS SQL Server.
2. The administrator will need to contact Plesk directly to purchase a licensing key to unlock Plesk’s MS SQL capabilities.
SW-Soft will not sell the license for MS SQL Server directly as they are not an authorized vendor of Microsoft and they will need to release a key of their own to enable Plesk to use MS SQL with Plesk.

Full text search comes by default with sql licensing and that does not need a separate license.
