    Here this works for me.

    SELECT Name,REVERSE(right(REVERSE(Name),12)) from sys.databases

    model model

    msdb msdb

    Test5K Test5K

    AdventureWorks AdventureWor

    Test5K_snapshot Test5K_snaps
