Starting with SSMS release 16 I have a bug where Security, Logins, User Mapping will not display the entire list of DB's due to the scroll bar not working correctly. We have verified this on two different workstations as the problem only surfaced with the latest update (release 16).
Anyone else run across this issue? Also, where can I find the list of the latest bugs with SSMS 2016?

Microsoft has their bugs up on Connect: https://connect.microsoft.com/
There have been various bugs on different versions of SSMS related to display, scroll bars, etc. Not sure if your would be covered as it's not clear what the issue is. Some with higher resolutions seems to be an issue, not sure if it applies:

I've seen it. The work around is to script the changes, or, resize the window.
And it's already been reported:

If you assassinate a DBA, would you pull a trigger?

Yep that it!
Resizing the window still will not work if the DB list is large. I just use a different version of SSMS (2012 or 2014 SSMS) until they release the next release. It's just a PITA since I like to use SSMS 2016 all the time (that is the stated direction from MS as well).
