  I configured a transactional replication system in my production environment
  On some databases I have transaction transfer delay between the distributuion server and the subscriber
  What are the best practices to improve the perfermence

  There are quite a few articles, blogs and such that discuss some things for tuning replication. What works for you is really going to depend on things such as how things are configured in your environment, the volume of transactions, etc. Some articles that might help -

  The Microsoft blog REPLTalk has a lot of great tips - you may need to do a bit of digging to find specifics for your situation but it's a good site to know about and read when you administer replication:
