Latch Error

Hi,
Our few jobs are getting failed while executing stored
procedures.Though the
resolution is simple we re- run the job.But I just want to know that is
there any resolution to it so that it doesnt happen again and again.
Msg 845, Level 17, State 1, Server Testerver, Procedure

Line 93
Time-out occurred while waiting for buffer latch type
2 for page (1:10416140), database ID 12.
It is not that it always fails in this particular store
procedure.Previously
we got the same error message while executing a different store
procedure.So
I think it is a SQL SERVER level issue.I would really appreciate if
somebody
could throw some suggestions on it.

Well the links were really useful(infact i have already visited few of them earlier).I would really appreciate if somebody who had been exposed to such error in past can just pinpoint to something specific action items.
